The dream of Cierre Gioielli was born with the cult for diamonds of Guglielmo Caropreso, an expert and esteemed diamond merchant from the ancient Borgo Orefice, in Naples at the beginning of the 20th century: a passion that first became a gem-setting workshop with his son Roberto, to whose initials the company's name is owed, and then one of the most innovative and dynamic brands in the Italian goldsmith market, with his three children Dario, Alessia and Stefano: the third generation of jewellery producers. Cierre Gioielli became a fully-fledged jewellery and goldsmithing brand in 1973.
