How much is the organisation worth to large, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises, and how much can it influence their future?
What are the aspects of corporate responsibility that no entrepreneur can neglect?
What are the future scenarios that can most contribute to changing the way of 'doing business'?
These are the questions to which entrepreneurs are called upon to find concrete answers, geared towards effectively transforming their companies and adapting them to face the competitive economic environment and social responsibilities with appropriate tools and skills.
For some time now, Il Tarì has assumed a central role in the debate on change, in which goldsmith entrepreneurs but also, in a broader sense, entrepreneurs and professionals in the Campania region are involved.
A wide-ranging debate, developed through in-person meetings, training pills and an information desk at the Goldsmith Centre dedicated to information and discussion with professionals, companies and young entrepreneurs.
This is the background to the study day organised at the Tarì on Thursday, 14 March, dedicated to the theme of the Value of Organisation in Business.
"Organisational models and corporate responsibility, crisis management and ESG criteria are the topics at the centre of the debate. On this basis, I have invited the speakers to develop the contents of the speeches, with the aim, explains Francesco Scutiero, board member of Tarì and curator of the event, of constructing a modern reading of the company".
"Once again, Tarì finds itself playing a central role in the path of transformation and evolution in the organisation of our companies," says Vincenzo Giannotti, president of the Goldsmiths' Centre in Marcianise. "The evolution of the market, the expectations of consumers and, even before that, those of the reference communities show us every day how necessary it is to place people, collective values and the environment at the centre of every decision. For this reason, meetings like the one we are preparing to host at the Tarì on 14 March next represent unmissable opportunities to chart a necessary and shared path of growth'.
A panel of experts, academics and scholars, among the main protagonists of the debate on business organisation in Italy today, will be discussing this topic during the study day on 14 March at the Tarì in Marcianise.
The event is sponsored by the Order of Chartered Accountants and Auditors of Caserta, together with those of Naples and North Naples, the Order of Journalists of Campania, and Confindustria Caserta, and involves the acquisition of professional training credits.
